Hi, Have dates, almonds and other dry fruits and nuts daily Have 2 glasses of milk or shakes or smoothies everyday Have 2 bananas daily Increase your protein consumption Eat plenty of good fats Have cheese, paneer, tofu, multi grain or whole wheat bread regularly. Take calorie rich n protein rich food .Take food at 3-4 hour intervals.Do light exercises everyday for 30 mins to improve your digestion n your food intake.Take minimum 8 hours sleep everyday.
