Healthy evening, Malabsorption disorders: conditions such as inflammatory bowel disorders, celiac disease and cystic fibrosis can hinder vitamin C absorption. Vitamin C is the best consumed raw state . The best way to consume vitamin C for optimal absorption is to supplement it together with iron. This is why it is commonplace to drink orange juice with cereals. This iron in cereal help you to better absorb the vitamin C in the orange juice.
