Frozen shoulder or Tendonitis

I met with an accident on 20th Feb 2016. I ended up with a Frozen shoulder condition which my doctor said would be fine with time. All I have to do is keep some movement going. But two years later also, I feel pain in my right shoulder when I get up in the morning. And now it has become more severe and my hand movement is restricted in several directions. I am gym enthusiast and was earlier suggested to keep up my gym routine sometime. This would help in regaining the full movement of my arms. After I met with an accident, little pain persisted and I thought it would go with workout. I have not been very regular to the gym due to this problem.  I got X rays done earlier but nothing was found. Kindly suggest how to get this treated ?

Dear Respected I have gone through your problems. For more clear advice I need to examine you in details along with some investigation like x ray and blood test. Revert back with all these. Regards Ortho Joints Dr Ssunil Dewangan

At 28, you should be worried. You may need intrarticular injections for pain relief followed by aggressive physiotherapy. Or manipulation under anaesthesia or even capsular release depending on the grease of stiffness. Get your self evaluated .
