Frequent Mouth ulcers

I have been experiencing mouth ulcers for almost 3 years now but the frequency is suddenly increased in last 4 months. It's very painful, the ulcers occur on tongue, under the lip and inside the jaw.

Hello, you can do baking soda mouth rinses, this will help to heal your ulcers. visit a physician and get a checkup done. get your vitamin B levels checked.if required start taking suppliments.

Three years of mouth ulcers is something to ponder upon, u have not specified, if you have seen any doctors and wat tests have been done, in case if u can give the details, I wud arrive at a possible diagnosis and suggest appropriate solution.
