1. High-fiber diet: Consume foods rich in fiber like fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and legumes. 2. Adequate hydration: Drink plenty of water (at least 8-10 glasses a day) to help fiber move through the digestive system. 3. Regular physical activity: Engage in moderate exercise, like brisk walking, cycling, or swimming, for at least 30 minutes a day. 4. Balanced gut bacteria: Include probiotic-rich foods like yogurt or take a probiotic supplement. 5. Manage stress: Practice stress-reducing techniques like meditation, deep breathing, or yoga to minimize gut disruption. 6. Sufficient sleep: Aim for 7-8 hours of sleep per night to help regulate bowel movements. 7. Avoid foods that can cause constipation: Limit or avoid foods like dairy, gluten, processed foods, and sugar.

A physical examination is required. You may go for symptomatic treatment without a Doctor consultation but in that case your cure will be temporary with high chances of recurrence.
