You should follow a nutritious protein rich diet. Include good quality and quantity protein rich food like, egg, milk and milk products, chicken, soyabean, paneer, cashew, almond etc. To improve haemoglobin, iron rich food should be there, like egg yolk,
liver, dates, jaggery, til etc. Take lots of Fresh fruits ( citrus fruits rich in
vitamin c promote s more iron absorption). Take enough rest and less stress.
