For loosing weight there is no short cut. Eat balanced diet, whole grains, oats, fresh fruits and vegetables, sprouts, lentils, pulses, soya nuggets.
It's good you are going to gym. Do aerobics and weight training at least twice a week. Drink lots of water as it will help to flush out toxins from your body.
Destressing is very important for you. Do yoga, meditation and spend some time in doing what you really enjoy like music, reading, playing games, painting etc.
Start writing journal before going to bed, first write things you are grateful to Universe. Write down things you want to delete from your mind. Do it daily and see the difference it will make the way you feel.
