Fluid filled blisters below lower lips

I had been suffering from fever,cold and Headache for three/four days.After that I got cured .I took
Saridon tablets due to my severe headache but no improvement was occurrd. So after that,I took one CALPOL 650 tablet(paracetamol) and I got cured.Aftr getting cured from fever ,I see this fluid filled painful blisters below my lower lips as shown in pics below.Please suggest what shoud I do/apply now

Don't poke the blister...
If it breaks then don't touch elsewhere
Wash ur face with cold water ,then tap dry ur face.
If needed then use Ointment ACYCLOVIR 5% two times a day..
Don't use other towel, dress and don't let others to use yours too..

It's caused by virus herpes (HSV 1) , condition called herpes labialis (cold sore).
Apply Acyclovir cream 4-5 times a day for 4 days.
And for pain take painkiller paracetamol.

This fluid filled blisters are lesions of heroes labialis caused by herpes simplex virus 2.
These lesions are painful and contagios. These occur following either a viral infection or generally cold and fever or any condition decreasing immunity of your body.
Next Steps
Rx:- apply ACYCLOVIR 5% OINTMENT on the lesions for 3-4 times a day.
if the lesions are painful or cause discomfort use TAB. DOLO 650 (max. can be taken three times a day)

1. Do not touch the lesions.
2. If touched, wash hands.
3. Don't reuse the towel or any cloth used on the lesion area for any other body part.
4. Avoid sharing meals and any stuff.

Looks like cold sores. Usually they subside slowly, spontaneously.
Take tab Acyclovir 400mg one morning and one evening for 7 days. Apply cold compression for pain relief. If pain is more take tab ibuprofen 400mg one sos, after taking some food.Avoid taking very hot foods or fluids, which can touch the blisters and cause pain.
