Flaxseeds are good source of omega 3 with the benefits already told by Ms. Gupta, it is also rich in fiber. But it depends why do you want to consume flaxseeds at first place? Since you are a teenager, if your weight is ok, then you should have a balanced diet. You get omega 3 in nuts like walnuts, if non veg you can have sea fishes for the same. Fibers from fruit n veggies. So, there are lot of options for your food intake which gives you the benefits of what flaxseeds gives you. Hence you can combine all the other foods and enjoy your time.
