Is this ok to have two serving of fish in a week... Pr some problem... M please guide me about how much fish should we take in single serve...

If u r healthy and not overweight person than fish intake is realy helpful, specially omega and good amount fat along with calories, which u will get it from fish curry or fry.100g fish average 150gm calories can provid, so near by 150 to 200gm fish ok in one serving along with roti,rice.

It's perfectly fine just try to control portion of one serving upto 150 gms and use less oil for cooking

Hello, Eating fish is very good. Fish has less amount of fat when compared to  other nonveg food options. It has lots of Omega 3 fatty acid, which helps to boost heart health, maintain blood pressure, good for people with diabetes , and for in general health. You can safely consume this 3 - 4 times per week. But take care that no deep frying is involved , go for cooking methods like roasting, steaming, grilled,tandoor style.
