My sister is 11 weeks 3 days pregnant (primi)... day back she has vaginal scan and Dr said it's normal with cardiac activity 150 BPM... And the doubt is report says "Bulky gestational sac 10 weeks 3 days" and we asked about it ... gync said 10 week growth in 11 weeks... Is it normal???

The dating is accurate in ultrasound.so that means ultrasound shows the baby is 10 weeks instead of 11 weeks .might be delayed conception
