Hi Doctors, My 2.5 year old son is having cavities and black spots on his front upper four teeth. Do filling or restoration of teeth process require anesthesia or any injection for numbness? We are afraid of anesthesia for our small child so please guide us.

U can go wd preventive treatment first go with application of SDF gold  to arrest d caries at ds stage...dn go with fluoride varnish not to spread further caries to other teeth also...when ur child allows get his restorations done wd good pedodontist or expert dentist wd skills to understand d common child behavior...
