Fetal echo

Hello I am 23 weeks pregnant n this is my 2nd pregnancy.my level 2 scan is done on 5th sept,2022. Everything comes normal but my query is my gynae adviced me to go for fetal echo. Is it really necessary??? During my 1st pregnancy this scan had not done. That time doc didn't recommend the fetal echo ultrasound. Is there anything to worry I am attaching my level 2 scan report below.
