After having ashwagandha tablets i am suffering from nausea, vomiting... What should i do now? Should I stop taking ayurveda?

Ashwagandha is immunity booster.before taking this powder your digestive should be good .if you are not eating properly 3 time meals means you are eating 2 3 roti in you whole day then ashwagandha will cause like nausea and vomiting

It is required to know what are you taking ayurvedic medicine Ashwagandha? Ashwagandha wont cause nausia. It could be because of taste .. So can have it before food. And have some sweet after taking pill
