Hi, I am sorry you are feeling this way. I am sure this is tough for you. It looks like the subconscious fear of death is triggered by listening to this piece of information around winter being related to higher number of deaths due to heart risks. We have to create a safe space for you so we can see the subconscious reason for this fear and then release this fear from the mind and once that is done your anxiety around this topic is going to come down and eventually go away completely. You’re brave and doing fine.
Next Steps
I am willing to help you release this subconscious fear. Love and healing ❤️‍

Hi It is common to start thinking or feeling things when we read it or see it happen to others around us. Normalize the thoughts and then you should read contrary material, one that gives you information that is not matching your ideas now and the other thing is to distract yourself. Also keep yourself healthy! Don't worry. Such phases come.
Next Steps
Do follow these things. We can catch up in a session also!

Most of the time we read some articles on google or newspapers and we directly associate it to our health or our lifestyle. Some of the articles don't have full fledged evidence as well. It's not the weather that can cause heart attack it is how good you take care of your health. Take a 30 mins walk regularly. Once in a year get a complete body checkup. Have a healthy lifestyle. If you drink or smoke do that in moderation. If you feel stressed or anxious seek a few sessions. Practice meditation
Next Steps
