I had some anxiety issues 2 years back and had treatment for that. Now am facing a continuous fear of death bcz of minor chest pain ( ECG and every thing normal beside triglycerides 223), I am panicking on even a small incidents, from birds chirping, watching trees at night, being alone, my heartbeat rises exponentially. Can't sleep at night. Please suggest me what is this. Thank you
