FBS -103 Ppbs-118 after around 2.5 hours. Hba1c- 6.0 Am I pre diabetic .any precautions to be taken.My BMI is 22.5. My father is type 2 diabetic.

You should avoid taking sugar in your tea and coffee. Avoid sweets and pudding .You should avoid soft drinks because they are loaded with sugar. You should have lifestyle modifications so that you can do about one hour physical activity in the morning and half an hour in the evening. Do your HbA1c after two months.

According to your FBS and PPbs there is no any worry but On the basis of Hba1c -6.0 it's indicate that you are prediabetic . Prevention is better than cure so You should avoid to take any sugar and sweet product made of sugar for 1 month And also do some exercise regularly with yoga and meditation.
