As drinking less water can lead to water retention which is one of the reason of weight gain. 2) Include fiber in your diet. For that you can eat lots of fruits and vegetables. 3) Do minimum 40 minute activity daily. As after 30 minutes our body enter fat burning zone. 4) Eat small & frequent meals. 5) You can include Green tea post lunch and post dinner. 6) Mind the portion size of whatever u eat,Don't overeat. Hello. 1st avoid sedentary lifestyle ,start 30 min daily brisk walk and eat 5to6 small frequent meals which should be home made. Avoid stress ,your ideal body weight is 53kg. And because of sitting work you are getting central obesity. Completely avoid junk food, fried food , oily food,to much sugar, to much salt. Eat more of fibre in your diet like 2times salad in you meal. If possible do yoga for 45min weekly 4to 5 times.
Next Steps
