My father on 11 June got a paralysis attack and after he is admitted to a nearby hospital. A doctor wrote a health condition: FUC of HTN; CAD ALMI; LVD; LVEF 40%; Lt neck femur; Presented with CVA(Infarct) with it sided paralysis & altered sensorium He is also having diabetes from last 20 years and sugar level mostly remains around 250-280.
