I've been having a fat loss ... i dont know why..I eat enough food...but still my body decreases fat..and my bones around my body appear

Did u do any fat loss temreatme t before. You should have lost muscle mass too. You have lots of sprouts and proteinacious food. It will increase muscle bulk. Thats what you require not fat
