Fallopian tubes blockage hsg test
Encysted free peritoneal spill of contrast on left side (fimbral adhesion?means...in hsg test...does it need surgery or I can conceive through right fallopian tube...which ..has free peritoneal spill of contrast...which is totally fine ...should I try with this or go fir surgery for left one...pls answer
HSG never gives adequate information regarding the need for Surgery.
You will have to go for Diagnostic Laparoscopy. It will give a lot of information regarding the need for Surgery and what we should expect from Surgery. Some minor procedures may be done during Laparoscopy.
