My skin is getting black and dull as compared to rest of the body . Moreover,I eat veggies ,dry fruits ,milk of turmeric without sugar ,water in my diet and I gained 6 kg in 3 months after taking proper diet before that I was very weak .

Check your outings. How much time do you spend outside in the presence of sun. If possible try to apply medicated Sunscreen lotion before stepping out.
Good to hear about your food consumption pattern, skin pigmentation and issues could be due to underlying hormonal disturbances and defeciency
Kindly rule out these if any.
