Bro, you’re not lazy — your brain’s just tired of boring routines, not actual work. When you sit to study, your body enters "sleep mode" because: No physical activity = brain thinks it's rest time Dull study style = brain loses interest fast Heavy meals = energy crash I work with students like you every day to fix this, and the difference is crazy once you change a few things: Sit straight with good posture Keep the room bright and slightly cool Eat light meals while studying Move your body every 1 hour — even 5 minutes is enough Study smart: explain aloud, not just read Use the 25-5 technique (study 25 mins, break 5 mins) for better focus If you ever feel stuck or low during exams, I help students with instant mental health motivation through Practo. You can reach me anytime there for quick guidance and a push whenever you feel like giving up. Building mental strength during exams is a skill — and once you master it, nothing can stop you. Focus now, win later.

This looks more like a functional issue rather than an organic cause. Try group studies. Caffeine before studying. Less carbohydrate intake.
