Platelet count 10000 only is it very critical can person travel for the treatment please reply and low wbc 2.5 and also calcification of foci in temporal area of ct brain

It is very low. I don't know why you are wasting your time in asking questions on Tele-consultation. You should be in a Hospital.

Platelet count 10000 is low and an  indication for hospital admission to find out the cause and treatment although without any bleeding don't cause immediate danger. But continued drop below 5000 is an risk for developing hemorrhage

Yes the counts are very low . Get the patient admitted to nearby hospital as soon as possible . Check for any bleeding from nose or in stool and red to brown rashes over body. Might be a dengue infection But need to do further investigations to confirm .

Yes, it is critically low. Watch for blue black spots on the skin or bleeding from gums or nose. Get hospitalized for necessary transfusion treatment.
