Your heart normally beats faster when ever u exercise as ur body demands more oxygen & blood supply . It happen more if u are not habitual of regular physical activity , so do' nt worry it is okay to have fast heart beat after exercise. It will become nomal with daily gradual exercise Regarding painfull muscle u can do some ice pack or take some mild pain killer with muscle relaxant . Try to do mild exercise first & then gradually increase it otherwise muscle go in to fatigue & spasm due to lactic acid acumulation

Take rest. Drink plenty of fluids. Don’t do too much of exercise in one go. Especially when u r not used to it. Stamina is not increased in one day. It is build slowly. So start with a small number n slowly increase.
