Kegel exercise
I have over active urinary bladder problem and urge incontinence. So, I want to do kegel exercise. During kegel exercise when contracting muscle , in the same time I should inhale  and then when I release muscle , in the same time , I should exhale . Is it right or breathing will not be affected during this process ???

Take deep breath and when you exhale contract your pelvic floor muscles and hold the contraction for 3 to 4 min and then release
