I am 4 months pregnant,from 1st month onwards my vomiting has been started n still it's going on.I m unable to eat or drink anything

The condition is hyperemesis gravidum. As a result of continuous vomiting there is alot of fluid and electrolyte loss and Imbalance which could land you into complications. It's advisable to visit an obstetrician asap and get admitted. Get a cbc, urine,lft,kft,thyroid profile done.
