I am reside in a flat all alone from the last 75-80 days. Only move out 7-8 times to collect groceries from the society gate. In the starting 40-45 days, I feel totally healthy. From the past one month, I start getting fever (4 times)(every week) (gone after 2-3 dose pcm)(temp. 101.4max), sore throat (one time)(gone after 3 Azithromycin) and watery diarrhoea (okay without medication only ors). No cough, no breathing problems. From the past 15 days, I am suffered from lack of sleep and only worried that what happens to me if I got infected with corona as no one is to take care of me. I am in a high state of fear and worried about my health and treatment as there is very bad situation of hospital in mumbai. This make me anxious and I am not able to sleep whole night(some day only 1-2 hrs sleep only). Start indoor Exercise, medication and listening delta waves sleep music, avoid caffeine after 4pm, phone and tv off at 11:30pm but no benefit. Now I feel very low, kindly help me.

You seem to have developed significant depression. I can’t prescribe medicine here . You should consult a psychiatrist and discuss your problem in detail
