Helo sir I understand your concern, but your sensitivity is not caused by scaling. It is a misconception that scaling causes enamel removal. As per the picture provided it seems the lingual side (back side of tooth),dentin is exposed. It might be due to acid reflux , or tooth defect  which cause enamel breakdown.
Next Steps
Continue to use the sensitivity paste for  few more days, if not subsiding Option 1 : Composite restoration (very much compromised) Option 2 : Crown

Hello, Some sensitivity is normal after a few days after cleaning. Persistent sensitivity is a cause for concern and should be addressed immediately. In your case, persistent sensitivity could be because of the outer layer of your teeth wearing off.
Next Steps
Has the sensitivity increased or decreased in these 2 months? If it is increasing, visit a dentist immediately If it is decreasing, it may subside after a while. Though the teeth wear needs to be addressed sooner than later.
Health Tips
Avoid very hot and cold foods/drinks Apply sensitivity gel to the affected teeth

From the picture i can see something called erosion. Where enamel washes away due to acid reflux or excessive cold drink/soda intake or citrus intake. After the scaling the deposits on teeth have gotten removed and inner part of teeth are exposed. You can use either of the toothpaste, not both. If it's still not subsiding, have to cap the teeth to protect them from direct exposure
Next Steps
visit nearest dentist

Next Steps

Hello ma'am , the enamel from your teeth has worn out or eroded ( might be due to acid reflux from stomach or eating sour food or grinding). Scaling only removes deposits not the enamel ( its a misconception). If the sensitivity is persisting you can go for RCT of the concerned teeth followed by crown or a bridge according to the treatment plan made by the concerned dentist.
Next Steps
visit the nearest dental professional for better clinical examination.

Well that has nothing to do with scaling.for sentivity you can use vantej toothpaste and vantej mouthwash twice daily. The exposed tooth layers were covered with dirty deposits that was creating a feeling of normal teeth . Infact that deposits were very necessary to be removed in order to save your tooth .

You hav attrited teeth, that means your teeth is worn out and also gingival recession, or gum level has gone down. This is not caused by scaling. You should visit a dentist to check your bite, that is, deep bite can cause attrition of teeth, and also maintain good oral hygiene so that your recession won't get worse.
