We understand your feeling and your query.
There would be equal amount of nutrient in both boiled and raw eggs but. If you consider taking raw egg along with milk that would be good but you would loose your biotin. By this vitamin deficiency there would be rashes, hair loss, unhealthy look of skin etc. We would suggest you to take boiled egg than raw egg.
