I eat oats apple yogurt smoothie and chicken in breakfast. Should I continue with it? Will eating curd and chicken together cause digestion issues? What food should not be combined with curd?

Hello, Being a dietitian and as per my 8 years of experience I will not suggest you to take such a mixed diet . It will not only causes indigestion even it will increase your weight and hormonal imbalance.

Milk products should be usually eaten alone. Though you can take a small helping of curd along with meals . Eating fruit along with chicken is not a good option and can lead to indigestion
