Hi, It is so good to know that you are working out and taking care of health and physical fitness. Before workout your body requires carbohydrates to provide energy to carry out the workout efficiently. Carbohydrates such as fruit, dried fruits such as dates, anjeer, raisins etc., or a fruit milkshake or smoothie should be consumed before workout. A personalized diet session is recommended for you as with PCOS overall nutrition and food intake needs to monitored.
