Ear infection

I had long inner ear infection Now I no infection in inner ear But before few weeks started buzzing sound in left ear always and right sometimes And both ear pains for loud sound? What could be reason?

Maybe related to your previous history of infection.... Buzzing sound indicates a different pathology anyway. Do you've any hearing impairment or anything like that? What exactly happened during your infectious phase and how did you come to know your infection is settled. Did your injury do some damage in the inner ear as per your reports? Would like to know these
