I have dry cough for a weak. My cbc report is normal but lymphocyte slightly encreased52℅, crp negative and aso titre positive 270.please give advice and medicine

Aso 270 is quite normal, not worrysome. If the titre goes beyond 400, then there is a need to consider. Need to investigate further for proper evaluation. Kindly consult in person to discuss further.
