In your case drink too much water in between meals and immediately after meals will cause a problem..
Now about drinking water early morning is fine but you have drink it by adding little honey or some detox water which will benefit you more in your case ..
Always drink water in the morning before brushing your teeth, make sure to brush your teeth at night so that in the morning you can drink water empty stomach without brushing..
