Hello doc I had a fever 2 days back and due to it I ate very less and experienced loss of appetite now my fever is gone but I still feel weak I am taking multivitamins from the past 2 days as well I feel weakness and my forehead hurts too do I need to get checked for dengue as it is spreading in this area

2 days is too less to suspect anything but headache is a bit alarming sign. Take lots of fluids and dolo 650 for fever. If headache is a lot please consult
