Do i need cerclage?
I m 13 weeks pregnant now.
Without pregnancy my Cervix length was 1.5 nd now with pregnancy at 12 weeks is 3.8.
I had already had 2 miscarriages at 3&5 months in last 2 yrs. So, do i need cerclage after this report?
If placenta goes up ?
Or normal only bed rest will be fine i m confused cz of my past recurrent miscarriage .
Reason was cervix incompetent or Spotting in pregnancy i m not sure. Although all reports were normal this is very confusing nd scary part too. Pls suggest.

Difficult question.
Most of the time a Cervical cerclage is given based on the previous history of the patient. Your ultrasound scan doesn't warrant a Cerclage but if you start the process of abortion it will be too late to give the stitch.
So it is better to get the Cervical cerclage at this stage even though it may be useless.
