Hello, I am a 19 year old girl. I am getting dizziness since 4-5 days, specially most of the times i am lying down. My head gets dizzy for a second or two. It happens every time I lie down and change positions. I got my blood test done yesterday which shows vitamin D deficiency. Vitamin D= 13.9 . I am really worried about the dizziness. Kindly suggest something. Please help 🙏

It can be due to postural hypotension. Get a physical checkup for blood pressure from your nearest doctor

It appears that its likely it is benign paroxysmal positional vertigo. BPPV. it's due to otolith in inner canal. Try epliey manuer. Meds used include antihistamines and scopolamine.
