I feel dizziness, imbalance, light headedness or say chakkar aana, mild stomach pain, feel pukish, dont feel like eating food

You should have a complete physical examination. You are 64 years old. At least your BP , blood sugar,  serum creatinineLFT should be done. Medicine may be started after full examination.

It can be due to gastric and dehydration.. take tablet pan d 15 minutes  before food morning and night for 3 days along with plenty of fluids.. minimum 15 glass per day.
