From past 2 months i have problem of dizziness and extreme weakness.. My bp remains 100/70 and once i checked my sugar so it was 89 after having meal( one class juice, 2 eggs, one banana) as breakfast i felt dizzy weak so doctor randomly checked my sugar after meal of 2 hours it was 89. I have also muscle fatigue of my both limbs.. My cbc, liver and all other test are normal. I have acidity and gas issues sometimes bitter taste also comes in my mouth. I have taken enough supplements but not improving please help.. Often doctors diagnose this as stress.. But i don't think so. Please help.
