Disc herniation
I am suffering from disc herniation at c3c4, c4c5 and c5c6, I have done my MRI and evaluated by neurosurgeons, they said that there is no compression of nerve root, I only have thecal sac indentation, I am taking pregabalin but it not provide sufficient pain relief, so o am taking aceclofenac 100mg twice a day and it reliefs my severe pain can I use it for long-term, I have severe pain

If you have recurrent episodes of severe pain or pain that restricts your lifestyle then you should also focus on physiotherapy (once the current crisis subsides ) and postural care.
I would not recommend taking aceclofenac for long, specially if you have gastritis or diabetes or kidney dysfunction.
Just tide over the current crisis and try and manage yourself with OTC analgesics and physiotherapy and postural care.
Next Steps
Repeated attacks may warrant repeat MRI and further management.
