Healthy afternoon sir,
For Grave disease, Base your meals on fresh fruits , then add a little lean protein ( chicken, turkey, fish and seafood, beans, legumes nuts and even soy) whole grains, and heart healthy fats (eg: olive oil) . Eating or limiting certain foods alone won’t completely treat symptoms of grave disease.
If you have hyperthyroidism, have a much higher chance of getting AFib.
