Hello yes sure an ideal diet plan is a must .... The best diet plan should include all the food groups in your diet in correct proportions ...As per schedule is concerned we will plan it accordingly as you will be able to manage and for that I need to know your work pattern breaks and so on so I can make a plan accordingly .....  You should concentrate on things which are rich in protein and carbohydrates you should include fruits and green vegetables .... Milk and milk products .... Dry fruits ... And yes for a proper schedule a plan has to be tailor made according to your needs and timings

1. Drink water 16 glasses daily 2. Take high fibre diet and low fat and carbohydrates diet plan and do exercise. 3. Stop eating outside foods and packets foods , junk foods etc fatty  . 4.
