I need proper diet plan and exercise plan i am having a poor diet habit and my digestion is very poor mostly suffer with Gastric and Acidity i want to ask how long time i have to do exercise i have indoor cyciling.

Avoid eating outside food and deep fried and spicy foods too frequently. Have 6-8 glasses of water. Buttermilk, nimbu paani etc may help.
