Please guide with the diet chart for pregnancy trimester wise. Is it safe to include non veg and sea food in early pregnancy? Are fruits like oranges and sweet lime safe to consume in early pregnancy?

Extra requirment has increased in that time starting period be careful of taking food avoid fried ond oily food ,avoid raw papaya . Contact me for coustamized diet plan for each trimester.

Eat a variety of fruits, veg and pulses in proper portions.You should have a balanced diet.Diet should be complex carbohydrates proteins and fibre rich foods.small and frequent meals.
