My weight is 80 kg. I want to reduce it. I have a busy schedule having a sitting job till late nite. I want to eat low calories diet so please suggest me a diet plan so that i can reduce my weight

Hi, i could advise you a few tips,which you can start using for you to achieve your desired weight status. We need to make sure that your quantity of food consumed at a time decreases, make sure that you consume good amount of fiber in your diet. See to it that you consume less amount of visible fats that is the oil, butter, ghee etc. try incorporating blends of oils. have good good quality proteins in the day, like milk and products, eggs, low fat meat, etc. Instead of using the lift every time you have to get down, use the stairs, during the breaks go for walks and make sure of using the stairs, which will help you include some amount of physical activity in the day, even when you have a desk job.
