*Stop dalia, biscuits, buffalo milk, rice curd .
* In the morning diet includes some protein rich foods like moong daal chila dal veg mix soup
* No fruits after lunch, fruits must be taken 1hour before lunch and 1.5 hour post breakfast.
*Include papaya every alternative day.
*Add 1figs powder Or paste either in formula milk or fruit juices it will help to cure constipation.
