Start exercise with good fats and high protein highly nutritious diet. Being low weight we always neglect the impact of exercise on our health . Add more calories with nutrition only . No junk n night sugar food . No need for any medicine. Consult personally for proper guidance and results.

Hello, please get your complete health check done, to rule out any possible medical condition. Other than that try increasing your appetite, increase the intake of 1st class proteins, that comes from the animal products, increase the intake of invisible fats that comes best from nuts and oil seeds. You wouldn't have to worry about carbohydrates, but do not indulge yourself in highly processed items like maida and its products. Start with some physical activity as that would help you increase your muscle mass.
