I have acid reflux from 3-4 months and managing it by avoiding like citrus foods may be it affects on my immune system I feel weak n tired .. how can I get my vitamin c in body if I avoid these food .. should I take any vit- c supplement in acid reflux . Is it ok to take n I also want to take some other supplement for stomach disorder like .. Mastic Gum , vit-D3 , magnesium citrate , Licorice dgl, vit b12 ,probiotic and digestive enzymes .. can I take this is it safe n how to take this in my diet ! Thanks

Vit C can be obtained from non citrus sources also like bell peppers, capsicum,guava,papaya,coriander.Have these in raw form so u can get it in max quantity
