1. Yes but can lead to nutrient deficiencies like carbs , vitamins & minerals.
2. Abdominal fat is deposited due to less movement of area and it’s also known as stubborn fat. For particular part of fat you need to move your abdominal area by doing physical activity.
3. When you do warm up first and the other activity like cardio etc
Can do stairs up & down, light walk and yoga too…
